Cleantech Startup Services

I am a one-person consultancy with industry-wide connections. I work part-time on projects that I find interesting and valuable to the environment. Since my most recent startup I have provided the following types of services:

Sales representation (commission only) for big-ticket capital projects to specific industry targets, all for engineered products and services.
Investment preparation and introductions to angel investors and venture capital firms. I am not a broker-dealer so I work on a consulting fee basis, not a success fee.
Retainer or hourly based consulting to startups. Executive coaching for specific companies within an incubator portfolio.
Assistance with financial modeling, and pro-formas used to manage your company or pitch investors.
Presentation of training modules, usually to groups of companies and incubators in subjects like B2B Marketing, Pitch Decks, Establishing Milestones for investor pitches, and contract law (from a non-lawyer).
In very limited cases I will take on a short-term, part-time interim position within a company.
Evaluation of startups from an engineering, market assessment, team evaluation, and financial planning as part of due diligence for venture capital and other investor firms.
